Frances Ruffelle, who represented the United Kingdom in the Eurovision Song Contest 1994, will be performing at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival until 30th August. The festival is said to be one of the largest arts festivals in the world with more than a thousand shows throughout the town.
Frances Ruffelle became famous as a musical star in the London Westend starring in productions such as Les misérables and Chicago. At her own show at the Fringe Festival, she is performing " o ld standards like you've never heard them before and new songs you'll wanna hear again" according to the official website. The title of the show is Beneath the dress.
In 1994, the singer finished tenth in the Eurovision Song Contest in Dublin with her song Lonely symphony.
