The results were determined according to the votes cast by the readers. Each country gives 1-8, 10 and 12 points (excluding the own country, of course).

This is the prediction with votes only from the 20 countries that are also going to vote tonight:

  1. Iceland – 195 points
  2. Slovakia – 181 points
  3. Greece – 143 points
  4. Belgium – 130 points
  5. Albania – 116 points
  6. Moldova – 97 points
  7. Serbia – 95 points
  8. Latvia – 73 points
  9. Finland – 49 points
  10. Belarus – 24 points
  11. Portugal – 19 points
  12. Poland – 14 points
  13. Malta – 9 points
  14. Bosnia & Herzegovina – 7 points
  15. FYR Macedonia – 3 points
  16. Estonia – 3 points
  17. Russia – 2 points

If the votes from all over the world were counted, the same top ten would qualify for the final with only minor differences in the order.
