We already know our first 10 semi-final qualifiers who will compete in Saturday’s Eurovision 2017 grand final; now it’s time to move on to the second semi-final with this afternoon’s open rehearsals!

With the second semi-final jury show taking place later on tonight, this afternoon sees the first full run-through of the show in today’s open rehearsal in which artists from the 18 competing countries will take to the stage.

The next full dress rehearsal takes place this evening and is also the jury show for the second semi-final. The jury will watch tonight’s show live and will submit their votes to the EBU which will make up 50% of the semi-final vote.

The remaining 50% will be determined tomorrow evening by the public televote and will be added to the jury votes, with the top 10 from semi-final 2 qualifying to Saturday’s final.

01 Serbia

Tijana Bogicevic is first to take to the stage today for the start of the full dress rehearsal, performing once again in her flowing silvery outfit with her solo dancer. Backing vocalists are heard in the background, each of whom perform backstage.

02 Austria

Next onstage today is Austria’s Nathan Trent together with his crescent moon, both of whom take to centre-stage for their full dress rehearsal. Yet another sweet and simplistic performance from Nathan today.

03 FYR Macedonia

Dancing alone onstage for her full dress rehearsal this afternoon is Jana Burceska, wearing her black playsuit from last week’s second rehearsal, seemingly the final choice of costume for the singer. Wind machines are introduced during the performance, with Jana working the stage throughout!

04 Malta

Claudia Faniello is next to rehearsal this afternoon, once again taking to the stage in her fitted white gown. A strong rehearsal from Malta today, but Claudia seemingly saves her vocals for tonight’s jury show.

Video to come shortly.

05 Romania

Colours and cannons return to the IEC stage this afternoon for Romania’s full dress rehearsal. Yet another fun and energetic performance from the Romanian duo, receiving a positive response from the viewers in the arena.

06 Netherlands

Dutch trio are the sixth act onstage today performing their entry Lights and shadows. OG3NE wear their specially made black-jewelled outfits and produce yet enough power performance. Words from lyrics of the entry appear on the backdrop throughout, with lights shining across the stage and venue.

Open rehearsals continue shortly, the next rehearsal coming from Joci Papai from Hungary. Stay tuned!
