SVALA from #Iceland took the #Eurovision stage today for her 2nd rehersal. What do you think?

Next up today is Svala with her second rehearsal at the Eurovision 2017 venue:

  • Svala is now wearing her official stage outfit which was presented yesterday
  • Vocals as a whole seem stronger in the second rehearsal

Svala is now wearing her official stage costume, which was presented yesterday, along with the cape we saw in her last rehearsal. She wears tight white cropped leggings with high white platform boots. Her top has 3/4 sleeves, and is also very tight with a large cut-out in the middle of her chest. Her cape has large shoulder pads and she dances with it as part of the choreography. She says it represents a warrior, and it is white to represent light, hope and positivity. The costume is designed by Hrafnhildur Arnardottir.

Improvements have been made with the Icelandic team regarding the general performance, mainly focusing on the vocals in the rehearsal which sound a lot more powerful than they did in the first rehearsals.

Choreography remains pretty much the same with the backdrop lighting up the arena. Vocals have improved, but is the performance enough to take Iceland to the final? Possibly.
