Moldova confirms participation for the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest that will take place in Oslo, Norway. esctoday.com has spoken with the Moldovan Head of Delegation Mr. Vitalie Cojocaru to find out all the details.
Moldova confirmed earlier today its participation to the Eurovision Song Contest 2010. The Moldovan Head of Delegation, Mr. Vitalie Cojocaru has given us all the details about the conditions and of course when the National final will take place.
"Only Moldovan artists will be accepted, and if its a group, at least one of the artists must be Moldovan. Foreign compositions will be allowed as well, but only if the artist is Moldovan. Many big names are already interested in this year's national final but nothing is sure yet. The National final will take place at the end of January." declared the Moldovan HoD.
Moldova participated last year in Moscow with the song Hora din Moldova, performed by Nelly Ciobanu finishing 14th in the final.
