German group Scooter, which placed 2nd in the 2004 national selection, is more successful than ever in German-speaking countries. Their last-to-date single is a cover version of Matia Bazar's 1985 smash hits, Ti sento, in which we can recognize the voice of the Italian band, Antonella Ruggiero.

The song is presently placed number 10 in the German sales list, number 27 in Austria and it has just entered the Swiss charts at number 45.Scooter’s 14th studio album since 1995, Under the radar over the top, was released last October 2, and already peaked at number 2 in Germany and at number 15 in Austria.

With Jigga, Jigga, Scooter placed second (with 8% of the televote) behind Max (92%) at the 2004 German selection. Matia Bazar were chosen to represent Italy at the 1979 Eurovision Song Contest, with the song Raggio di Luna. They placed 15th out of 19. Antonella Ruggiero went on a solo career back in 1989.
