The 26 heads of country delegations will visit Riga on March 20 – 21 to take a look at the facilities where the Eurovision Song Contest 2003 will take place and to meet the organisers.
On March 20 at the Skonto Hall the presentation of managerial matters will take place. Uldis Grava, the General Manager of Latvian Broadcaster, will hold a speech to the members of European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and the heads of country delegations.
The Accreditation and Press Centre is going to inform about the press conferences, 55 in total, but Latvia Tours will give the information on transporting the participants, routes, and the excursions in Latvia (Riga, Sigulda, Ventspils) during the Eurovision week.
The country representatives will meet the hosts of the delegations. Selecting the hosts, person's communication and language skills were taken into consideration so that the host would speak the language of the respective country.
