Jade Ewen is being tipped for a great 2009. Her new single My man is due for release on September 14th and has been tipped in today's Sun newspaper as a future hit. She has already won the United Kingdom's Eurovision Song Contest national selection show, Your Country Needs You, this year and took the country to 5th place at the Eurovision Song Contest. It was the United Kingdom's best result since 2002.

Jade Ewen has returned from Los Angeles where she filmed the video for her second single from her upcoming album. Rumours of a possible date with international superstar Usher have been reported in several newspapers in the United Kingdom as the most recent Eurovision Song Contest representative met him during her time in The States.

The Sun is now calling Jade a rising star, despite her Eurovision Song Contest entry It's my time only reaching 27 on the national chart, some way behind the winning song, Fairytale by Alexander Rybak, which got to 9th place in the British music charts.

My Man is due for release on 14th September and a debut album is expected at the end of the year.
