Patricia Kaas, French representative in the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest, spoke to esctoday.com. She is one of the most successful French singers ever having released seven top ten studio albums and having sold more than 15 million records in total.
Patricia Kaas spoke about her participation, the ongoing rehearsals and the contest in general. As a big four country, France is directy qualified for the grand final, where the singer will perform her song Et s'il fallait le faire at number three. France has not reached the top ten since two lucky years in 2001 and 2002 and last year, Séabastien Tellier finished 18th with his entry Divine, which was the first French entry to be majorly performed in English.
