Eurovision 2009: The Chiara interview

by Harry Darby 112 views

Malta's representative Chiara found time to chat with esctoday.com today, amidst some concern in the Maltese camp about the images projected behind the singer during the first individual technical rehearsal.

Chiara admitted that the team were not happy with the graphics on the stage during their song What If We. But she also added that the organisers were "not very open" to the suggestion that they be changed.

On the other hand, she spoke positively about her experience – there are no surprises for her this time round because "I know exactly what will happen", making her one of the most well-prepared contestants at this year's contest. "A little bit of that stress of not knowing what will happen is gone" she explains, a luxury that she shares with Sakis Rouvas this year.
