This year’s Swedish entry If I were sorry by Frans was declared recently as the most streamed song on Spotify among this year’s participating entries. Furthermore, the host(s) of Melodifestivalen 2017 are set to be revealed tomorrow.

In a competition organised by Eurovision.tv, the Swedish entry If I were sorry was declared as the most streamed song on Spotify, being played no less than 61.8 million times. Amir from France took the second place with 10 million playings. This year’s Eurovision winner Jamala ended up only 11th.

This success can be found also outside Spotify as four months after Eurovision, the Swedish entry is still being played in various radio stations and music channels around Europe.
