Christina Metaxas, the 2009 Cypriot Eurovision representative has released the official videoclip of her entry Firefly. A beautiful preview video has been produced specially to promote the Cypriot entry with a medieval theme. Cyprus has been participating at the Eurovision Song Contest since 1981, and is yet waiting to win the competition.

Christina Metaxas will have the honour of representing Cyprus at the forthcoming Eurovision Song Contest in Moscow with the song Firefly. She won the right to represent Cyprus at the Cypriot Eurovision national final earlier this month. Her song has been composed by her brother Nikolas Metaxas.
