The 2016 Armenian representative at the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest, Iveta Mukuchyan, has unveiled the official lyric video for her bidding contest entry, LoveWave.

Released on the 2 March, LoveWave was written by Iveta Mukuchyan herself alongside Stephanie Crutchfield and musically produced by Lilith Navasardyan and Levon Navasardyan.

Speaking of Armenia’s 2016 Eurovision entry, Crutchfield revealed:

It was very challenging to come up with lyrics to such an extraordinary song. And that’s what inspired me and Iveta. We didn’t want to do something standard that everybody would expect.

The lyrics are trying to make people realise that every single person and every single moment matters. Each moment can make a difference. Our strongest influence and weapon to make changes for the good is and always will be – love.

Mukuchyan will compete in the first semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 on the 10 May, in a bid to bring Armenia to the grand final of the event on the 14 May. How will LoveWave fare at the competition?
