Serious rumours say that Ishtar might go to Tallinn next year to represent Israel.

An Israelian fan spread this news, which was later broadcasted on the radio. Ishtar is 31 years old and has got Arabian roots. She comes originally from France, where she recently participated in the France 3 Eurovision Special. She is well known as formal leadsinger of the group Albina.
