The Spanish website EurosongSpain.com reports today that Lior Narkis, the Israeli entrant to the 2003 Eurovision Song Contest, will most probably perform on Saturday's Latvian pre-selection, Eirodziesma 2003.
The singer's manager told EurosongSpain.com that an intensive campaign has been launched, in order to promote the Israeli entry to the Eurovision Song Contest.
Lior Narkis spent the day today in recordings for his upcoming album, while a German television crew filmed him. Narkis' manager also says that the singer has been invited to perform in European TV stations, among them is Cyprus, Israel's neighbour across the waters.
The singers' manager added that the final details are almost set and that Lior Narkis is 99% guaranteed to perform on Saturday's Latvian national pre-selection, Eirodziesma 2003. This comes after Marie N, last year's Latvian winner and presenter of the forthcoming Eurovision Song Contest, congratulated Narkis on his pre-selection show with a video greeting.
