  5. Ke'ilo kan (As if here) by Dana International and Shai Kerem

The order of the songs will be announced as the show progresses, we will update this list accordingly.

The show opens with a flash back to some of Israel's earlier Eurovision entries. Ilanit performs Ey Sham, Israel's first Eurovision Song Contest entry. There are interviews via satellite linkups with Moshe Datz, who came third in the 1991 Eurovision Song Contest with his wife at the time, Dayna, Nurit Hirst, who sang Israel's second winner in 1979 and Kobi Oshrat, the former Israeli conductor of several Eurovision Song Contest entries.

Next we see a live link up with a Michal Amdorski from Kdam 2001, then to Sweden for greetings from Carola. Next we hear from Chocolate, Menta, Mastik who sang for the country in 1976. The Israeli guests will comment on each of the songs throughout the show.

Song 1: Masa Haiyai (The journey of my life) by Itay Pearl – Introduced by Israel's 1978 winner, Izhar Cohen

This is a soft ballad, Boaz wears a satin styled dark green shirt. His vocal performance is flawless and he takes every note. The panellists like the song a great deal. The melody is strong, Boaz is acompanied by a female guitarists.

Song 2: Hin'e Ha'or (There's the light) by Ovadia Hamama – A duet with Maya Avraham– Introduced by Ilanit

This time, dressed in a white waistcoat and vest, backing singers in white shirts, and ties, all wear white trousers. Maya wears a white gown with thin straps. Her voice is very traditionally Israeli. The love song is once again performed flawlessly. The first half the song is performed in Hebrew, the second half is in English. There are shades of the late Ofra Haza in the music and it is hugely popular with the audience.

Song 3: Bli ahava (Without love) by Henree- Introduced by Galit (without Gili who is hiding somewhere in London apparently)

Back to a satin style shirt, and all in black this time, Boaz performs a song by one of Israel's most popular producers. The song is a modern ballad with a haunting tune. Opening in Hebrew and quickly switching to English. The words do not suit Boaz so well in this song, as some traditional long notes are hard to sing in the English language. He takes the performance to the end of the catwalk, surrounded by fans.

Song 4:Parparim (Butterflies) by Doron Gal – A duet with Oshrat Phaphir – Introduced by Eurovision fan and regular esctoday.com contributor – Gil Laufer

This song has topped the fan polls before the show. It starts with Boaz in grey, standing behind Oshrat, who is dressed in red, leaning on a piano and reminiscent of Romania's winning stage performance on Sarurday night. Oshrat appears nervous, but the vocals come together well for the harmony. The song comes across well on stage as it builds towards the end.

Song 5: Ke'ilo kan (As if here) by Dana International and Shai Kerem – Introduced by Sarale Sharon, the lead singer of Lakahat Shiru

Dressed in purple for the final song of the night, Boaz is on stage with three female backing singers with more than a hit of the Beauty Queens. Once again starting in Hebrew, there is a brief spell in English before returning to Hebrew for the chorus of another traditional Israeli ballad. Two drummers also accompany the song. Vocally strong again, although the English once again struggles to fit the musical style, it's another strong performance.

The five Kdam songs have now been performed. Israelis will be able to vote until lines close at the start of tomorrow night's results show, where Boaz will sing song chosen as the Israeli entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2008.
