by Roy Knoops 77 views

Dutch rock-star and 2013 Eurovision-participant Anouk has released her new single, titled New Day.

New Day is now available via iTunes and Spotify. New Day is a song with a summer vibe, and will most likely feature on a new album by Anouk.

Anouk Teeuwe (The Hague, 1975) is the most successful female rock-artist in The Netherlands. In 2013 she represented The Netherlands at the Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö, Sweden, with the song Birds, achieving a respectable 9th place in the grand final with 114 points. Anouk also wrote and produced the 2015 Dutch Eurovision-entry Walk Along for her good friend, singer Trijntje Oosterhuis, and (co-)wrote and produced the other songs on Trijntje Oosterhuis’ new album, also titled Walk Along.
