Tonight, Estonia will choose its representative and song for the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest to be held in Belgrade. Including 1993, it is the 15th Estonian national final overall for the competition.
The show
Like in recent years, ten songs will be presented in the national final. The winner will be chosen by televoting. The show starts at 20:30 CET and will be hosted by Marko Reikop and Ines, who sang Estonia to 4th place in the 2000 Eurovision Song Contest with Once in a lifetime.

Etonia was very succesful in the Eurovision Song Contest in the late 1990s and early 2000s, while after hosting the competition in 2002 this has dramatically changed: the country has finished 21st in 2003 and has never made it to the final since 2004 onwards. In 2008, Estonia will compete in one of the semi finals.
