Tonight, the third show of the Austrian national final will be aired on ORF. The six remaining contestants that made it through the first week of Wer Singt Für Österreich will each perform two potential Eurovision songs this week. They will battle out who will follow up Conchita Wurst‘s success and will represent the country in their own city Vienna.

The Show

Two weeks ago, 16 acts took to the stage to impress the jury, of which only six made it to the second week. In that show they performed either one cover or one of their own compositions, but only 6 acts qualified to the next stage of the selection. Tonight they will perform two songs, both potential Eurovision entries. No one will be eliminated just yet, but only one song per singer will proceed to the final next week. A special ORF club concert will be held this Saturday where the artists will perform all 12 of the potential Eurovision entries. The final 6 songs will be selected by the coaches. The title tracks are not known yet.
