Katrina Bindere

Katrīna Bindere is 19 years old and was born Ventspils in northwestern Latvia. She first started singing at just 3 years old and began playing the piano aged 7. Nowadays Katrīna uses her piano to help compose her own songs, as well as attending singing lessons.
She previously tried to represent Latvia last year with the song Moment and tomorrow, and finished 7th in their national final. Katrīna says her favourite Eurovision song is Euphoria by Loreen. She will try again this to compete for Latvia in the Eurovision Song Contest with the song Run to you.
