Azerbaijani entrant Dilara Kazimova and Romania’s OVI came together for a special impromptu performance at the press centre.
While OVI played piano, Dilara sang their cover of Adele’s hit Set fire to the rain, followed by a joint performance of Stevie Wonder’s classic Isn’t she lovely. You can catch a glimpse of their performance in the video below.
Dilara Kazimova will represent Azerbaijan on the Eurovision stage, performing in the first semi-final on 6 May. OVI will represent Romania, along with his counterpart Paula Seling, for the second semi-final on the 8 May. Both countries are expected to do well in the contest, based on the latest booking odds.
