Copenhagen City Hall Square will be the host of the official kick-off of the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 week when the Olsen Brothers will join the hosts and all participants of the contest to open the event!

The party will start at 17:00 local time, Sunday, when Bryan Rice and Eurovision DJ’s will start the party along with Copenhagen mayor Frank Jensen and Regional Council Chairman Sophie Hæstorp Andersen. at 17:40, the Olsen Brothers will perform their Eurovision hit Fly on the wings of love, then Emmelie the Forest will open the red carpet, followed by the 37 competing artists and their delegations.

You will be able to watch the event live on eurovision.tv, and of course, we will be there to share any updates as they happen.

The opening ceremony marks the start of a week in which Copenhagen offers plenty of events and music on the Fan Mile that stretches from Copenhagen City Hall to Nyhavn.
