Esctoday’s Head of Press Sergio Jiandani caught up with Azerbaijan’s representative, Dilara Kazimova, in Copenhagen yesterday.
Dilara Kazimova will take the stage for Azerbaijan on the 6 May for the first semi-final, hoping to reach the Grand Final on the 10 May with her entry Start a fire. Dilara was selected as the Azerbaijani representative after winning the vote in the national selection show, Böyük Səhnə. Dilara had previously tried to represent the country back in 2008 as part of the duo Milk & Cookies, where they placed second in the national final. Dilara is also a contestant on the Ukranian version of The Voice, and has a previous acting career in her native Azerbaijan.
