Last weekend, Molly Smitten-Downes, who will represent the United Kingdom at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest, filmed her Eurovision postcard for the upcoming contest.

Earlier last week, the BBC requested for fellow Eurovision fans to take part in this year’s UK Eurovision postcard. Fans were asked to meet at a location in West London with the only bit of information about the postcard shoot being that it would be filmed outside.

Without giving too much away, the postcard included a number of red double-decker buses, Royal Mail vans and over a hundred fans wearing blue ponchos. The final clip is set to be unveiled during the grand final of the Eurovision Song Contest this coming May. Below are some photos which were taken at the shoot.

Molly Smitten-Downes was internally selected to represent the United Kingdom at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest with her song Children of the universe. Due to the UK being a member of the Big 5 countries, Molly will automatically qualify to the grand final which will take place on the 10 May.
