Lovex, one of the hopefuls in the Euroviisut 2007, the Finnish national final, is charting in the German singles chart this week with Guardian angel while Lordi�s Arockalypse – the album that includes their 2006 Eurovision Song Contest winning song Hard rock hallelujah – is released in Japan and hits the charts in its day of release!

Lovex released their Guardian angel single in Germany January 5 and it entered the charts at number 22. The single was also released in Austria and Switzerland. The band is at the moment in Germany recording new material. Their album Divine insanity will be released in Germany on 16th February with two added bonus tracks: Anyone anymore from the Finnish Euroviisut, and Shout.

Meanwhile in Japan Lordi’s The Arockalypse album was released today. It entered the daily charts at number 24! The album is a special Japanese release and includes the new Would you love a monster man video. The Arockalypse special editionCD will be released in the USA and Canada on 20th March. It has as a bonus track calledEviLove.

In Finland The Arockalypse has sold over 90,000 copies or triple platinum. It was the most sold album in 2006, and still stays in the Top 40 at number 18 going up once again from last weeks number 20. It has been in Top-40 already 48 weeks.
