In the Eurovision Song Contest of 2008 Armenia placed 4th with Sirusho and the song Qélé, Qélé. In 2004 and 2009 Greece sent Sakis Rouvas with the songs Shake It and This Is Our Night, placing 3rd and 7th respectively.

Now these two popular vocalists have joined together in a new musical venture.

On Sirusho’s youtube site, sirushoofficialvideo,  they have published a short video to promote this forthcoming song called See. To whet your appetite you will see clips from noteable performances of both artists. The video simply ends with the words SEE coming soon …

Our colleagues in eurovision.tv asked the artists about this new venture:

SirushoOur people have a lot in common, both are very emotional. We can get sad and angry very quickly but we sure know how to party. Greeks and Armenians are one of the oldest nations on the planet. The friendship between our countries has a long history, and to seal it with a song felt like the right thing to do.

Sakis RouvasI am really glad and excited for this collaboration! Sirusho is a great artist with positive energy on stage and we matched perfectly.
