VRT, the Flemish broadcaster will organize again next year Eurosong,  the show that will select the Flemish representative for the  2014 Eurovision Song Contest.

Eurosong, the song selection show for Belgium was used for many year by the Flemish broadcaster. In 2008 Eurosong was held last time when the group Ishtar won the show and the Eurovision ticket to represent Belgium at the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest in Belgrade.

Tom Dice and Iris were internally chosen by the VRT. The Flemish broadcaster is going to organize again Eurosong to search the Flemish representative for Eurovision 2014.

Eurosong will be back but it is a completely new formula, we do not expect a copy of the previous format. It will be a show that will be spread out over several weeks, says VRT spokesman Björn Verdoodt.
