Earlier today, esctoday.com presented on our Facebook page the first impression of the current standings on the BigPoll 2013 regarding the first semi-final. After receiving lots of requests, we took the decision to give a more clear picture of both semi-finals and here they are:

Semi-final 1

After watching all the rehearsals of the first semi-final, there were some slight changes in the top10 countries. Right now, the TOP5 countries of the first semi-final are:

  1. Denmark
  2. Ukraine
  3. The Netherlands
  4. Russia
  5. Austria

Semi-final 2

The second semi-final is the most interesting of all! One less expected country is making its’ appearence in the TOP5. The most interesting part of the second  semi-final is that there are 4 countries with zero or one digit number of points. The list is below:

  1. Norway
  2. Azerbaijan
  3. San Marino
  4. Georgia
  5. Switzerland

BigPoll 2013 is running for the first time through Facebook making it the first social game where users are sharing their predictions with their friends. It is using the same 12 points voting system as the actual Eurovision Song Contest and at the same time by using enhanced technical methods it excludes points given from one country to itself. This year, BigPoll 2013 results will be announced at 19.00 CET the day before every show (14, 16 and 18 May 2013) presenting the respective results. The ballot of the Grand Final will open immediately after the end of the second Semi-final 2013, Friday 02.00 CET.
