According to Rafa Fernández who is the chairman of OGAE Andorra, the public broadcaster of Andorra, RTVA has cancelled the date of 4th March to present their song and performer to represent them at the 2006 Eurovision Song Contest.
This cancellation was due to agenda problems, but RTVA did not mention the new date for the presentation. However, it now seems likely to happen between the 6th and 10th March.
Meanwhile, also cancelled is the OGAE Andorra meeting set for the 4th and 5th March at Maria Van de Wal's hotel at Aldosa. It has been postponed until the 11th and 12th March at the same location.
Furthermore, RTVA has launched its eurovision website available at www.eurovisionandorra.ad in Catalan, Castillian, French and English. Also available on the internet is OGAE Andorra with their website with the new domain at www.ogaeandorra.com.
Marian Van de Wal represented Andorra in the semifinal at the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest, in Kyiv, but failed to make it to the Final. Therefore, Andorra will once again be be competing in the semifinal for this year's Eurovision Song Contest.
