RTS, the Serbian national broadcaster, has informed esctoday.com that Moje 3 and RTS held a special press conference in Belgrade in order to reveal the 2013 Serbian Eurovision project and schedule to the Serbian media.

Yesterday afternoon a special Eurovision press conference was held at the Serbian national broadcaster’s RTS Hall where Serbian media were able to meet the beautiful 2013 Serbian Eurovision representatives Moje 3, before their departure to Malmö. The Serbian girls along with the Serbian delegation will be flying to Malmö on 5 May.

The Serbian broadcaster revealed their agenda for Malmö during the press conference along with the names of the 3 backing vocalists who will be flying to the Swedish city along with Moje 3.

Moje 3 – Mirna Radulovic, Nevena Bozovic and Sara Jovanovic will be backed by 3 backing vocalists on stage in Malmö: Ksenija Milošević (fourth time at the Eurovision Song Ccontest), Dunja Vujadinović and Jelena Mitic. The Serbian stage performance in the field of choreography will be directed by experienced choreographer and dancer Milos Paunovic (Eurovision Song Contest 2011 choreographer). Costumes for 2013 Serbian Eurovision representatives have been especially created a and designed by the well-established Serbian fashion designer Ana Ljubinković.

Saša Milošević Mare, the composer of  the 2013 Serbian entry Ljubav je svuda (Love is all around us), was also at the press conference. He is well known in the Eurovision world as he was the co-author of the 2007 Serbian winning entry. He has prepared a total 8 different versions of Serbian Eurovision entry. All 8 tracks are included  in the official Serbian Eurovision 2013 promo CD pack.
Mr. Dragan Ilić, the Head of the Serbian Delegation, Mr. Boris Miljkovic – Creative Director of  RTS and Duska Vucinic, Executive director of the Serbian 2013 Eurovision Song Contest project  were also present at the press conference and spoke to the press and media who were present. Thank you all for coming in such large number just before the holidays,  Duska Vucinic Head of PR and Press RTS told the assembled press and media. She went on to say:  Moje 3 and all of us together will represent Serbia in Malmö and do our best, with dignity and in the best possible way we will try to represent our song and our country. I  would like remind you all  and take the opportunity to tell you  that even today  the Eurovision community is  still mentioning the  great organisation of Eurovision Song Contest in Belgrade 2008. Watch us and support in the first semi-final on 14 May, when Moje 3 will perform their song “Ljubav je svuda”  at the end of the first competition night of 58th. Eurovision Song Contest.

 

Mr. Rastko Jankovic, deputy director of the Office for Cooperation with the Diaspora and Serbs in the region, from the the Government of the Republic of Serbia, officially handed the Serbian  flag to Moje3 and explained that they will be giving full support for the Eurovision delegation of Serbia for Eurovision Song Contest 2013. Jankovic said that his office will send  message to their net of contacts with Serbian Diaspora, to support Serbian song at the competition.

 

Serbia debuted in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2007 as an independent nation and won the event the very same year with Marija Serifovic’s Molitva, hence successfully hosting the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest in Belgrade.  In 2013 all girl power trio Moje 3 will fly the Serbian flag in the Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö. Serbia will compete in the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest semi-final 1 on 14 May and will be performing as song number 16.
