Russian superstar Dima Bilan (Russia 2006, 2008) and Azerbaijani Nikki Jamal ( Azerbaijan 2011) have joined forces and recorded a duet Come into my world. The official videoclip of their song has been released.
Both stars are former Eurovision winners, Dima Bilan gave Russia its first Eurovision victory back in 2008 with Believe, whilst Nikki Jamal gave Azerbaijan its first Eurovision victory in 2012 along with Eldar and their song Running Scared.
Come Into My World is the English version of Obnimi Menya. The lyric video, which was premiered on the internet recently, features 2 former Eurovision winners and well acclaimed stars in their respective countries. The song was premiered at Eurovision 2012, Baku.
The producers of the videoclip did not wish to have a well-defined plot, but to weave together a series of subtle metaphors and beautiful images. The videoclip depicts a simple and yet figurative story of a relatioship between a man and a woman.
