Lithuania was one of the first countries to select its representative in the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest.  30-years-old Andrius Pojavis will fly the flag of the Baltic country in Malmö and he is already working hard on the stage presentation of his song Something. The Lithuanian National Television will help the singer to raise extra funds for his artistic cause by organizing a special concert on 10 February.

This is not the first time when such a concert is organized by LRT. Former Lithuanian entrants in the Eurovision Song Contest, Sasha Song and Donatas Montvydas also benefited from the help of the Lithuanian viewers for their stage shows. The special concert will be held on 10 February and will be attended by famous local singers who want to support Andrius in his Eurovision quest.

LRT already has an idea about the stage presentation of their entry. According to their official website it has been already decided the fact that Andrius will appear on stage without dancers, and the main focus of the show will be lighting effects and close-ups of the singer’s face. Also, it has been decided that he will not wear the same outfit as in the national selection.

Lithuania will compete in the second half of the first semifinal. Andrius Pojavis will represent them with the song Something.

I was born on March 27th 1992 in Bucharest, Romania. When I was 13 years old, I watched the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest accidentally and since then I have been a big fan of this amazing European celebration. I'm working for Esctoday.com since 2006 and I'm very proud to be part of this wonderful team.
