Anita Skorgan covered in Norwegian music show

She is an artist, whose career includes five performances at the Eurovision Song Contest and one participation as a songwriter, is taking part in the popular Norwegian TV show Hver gang vi møtes.

The series is the Norwegian version of the Dutch original De beste zangers van Nederland, which has also been a huge hit in neighbouring Finland and Sweden.

In the series a group of artists spend some time in a house and take turns to perform each others songs in new versions.

Anita Skorgan had her Eurovision Solo entries Casanova (1977) and Oliver (1979) covered in the first episode of the new series of Hver gang vi møtes, as well as Adieu that she performed on 1982 with husband Jahn Teigen.

We also got a new version of the 1988 Norwegian Eurovision entry written by Anita Skorgan, For vår jord.

Skorgan also went to the Eurovision Song Contest twice as a backing singer, in 1981 and 1983.

The other artists taking part in the reality show are World Idol winner Kurt Nilsen, Marion Ravn, Morten Abel, Ole Paus, Lene Marlin and Magnus Grønneberg.

Kurt Nielsen version of Adieu topped the Norwegian iTunes immeditately. An EP with all the performance also went to the top of the chart.
