More information on Melodifestivalen 2005 will be revealed step by step. In September, Swedish broadcaster SVT will announce the cities that will host one of the Melodifestivalen 2005 shows. The dates for the 4 semifinals, the second chance show and the final will be revealed then as well.
Until 28th September songs can be submitted. In October, SVT will announce the 32 songs that qualified and their composers. The performers of those songs will follow in December. At least 10 of the songs will be performed in Swedish.
