RTVE, the Spanish national broadcaster has published the rules and regulations for Benidorm Fest 2027 and has opened the song submission window for the competition.
The song submission window for Benidorm Fest 2027 is now open with the deadline set on July 12th. Artits wishing to compete in the contest can do so by applying/sending the applications here.
The winner of Benidorm Fest 2027 will represent Spain at Eurovision 2027 in the case RTVE decides to participate at the competition next year according to the rules. Spain’s participation at Eurovision 2027 is yet unclear after its withdrawal from the contest this year.
RTVE is yet to confirm the dates for Benidorm Fesf 2027. The Spanish national broadcaster will be also extending a direct invite to established singers and composers to enter the competition.
A new age rule has been implemented at Benidorm Fest, the competing acts must be at least 18 years old and above (by May 2027).
