About the Show
A total of 30 acts will be battling for the coveted Sanremo 2026 trophy. The show will be hosted by Carlo Conti, Laura Pausini and Giorgia Cardinaletti.
The winner of Sanremo 2026 will be eligible to represent Italy at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Vienna.

Italy at Eurovision
Italy is one of the founder members of the Eurovision Song Contest having debuted at the very first edition in 1956. The Italians have won the contest thrice in 1964, 1990 and 2021. The country has hosted the event thrice 1965 (Naples), 1991 (Rome) and 2022 (Turin).
