HRT, the Croatian national broadcaster, has unveiled the Dora 2026 stage in Zagreb.
HRT is working round the clock in order to organize a fabulous and entertaining national selection. The Croatian broadcaster has unveiled the magnficent DORA 2026 stage.

The stage where Dora 2026 will be held is designed as a contemporary television space that combines music, technology and a strong visual identity. Its role is not only aesthetic, but also functional, as it allows each performer to present their song with a unique atmosphere and a clear stage story.

The technical performance of this year’s Dora stage confirms the high production level of the competition. The scenography consists of as many as 180 square meters of LED screens, controlled by the latest Barco E3 image control system, enabling precise and fast adaptation of visual content to each performance.
The stage structure is supported by around 800 meters of aluminum elements, and the entire suspension of the LED screen and lighting is held by 80-ton motors, ensuring stability and safety during live broadcast.
The visual identity of the performance is further emphasized by more than 400 intelligent lighting fixtures, which enable dynamic light changes and the creation of different atmospheres, adapted to the musical expression of each performer.
Thanks to LED technology and thoughtful lighting, the stage adapts to different musical styles – from intimate ballads to energetic performances, while not distracting attention from the performer, but placing him at the center of the frame.
Special emphasis was placed on television broadcast, with all elements designed to make the performances impressive on camera and dynamic in live broadcast.
DORA 2026
Dora 2026 will consist of three televised shows: 2 semi-finals and 1 Grand Final:
- 12/02/2026- Semi-final #1
- 13/02/2026- Semi-final #2
- 15/02/2026- Grand Final
A total of 24 songs will compete at Dora 2026, 12 songs in each of the two semi-finals. The top 8 songs will proceed to the Grand Final from each semi-final, hence a total of 16 songs will battle for the golden ticket to Vienna during the Grand Final on Sunday 15th February.
