Estonia has decided for Eurovision 2026! Yes ladies and gentlemen, the Estonians have selected their Eurovision act and entry for Austria!
Vanilla Ninja were crowned the winners of Eesti Laul 2026 and will have the grand honour of representing Estonia at the forthcoming Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna, Austria with ‘Too Epic To Be True’.
A total of 12 acts competed for the golden ticket to Eurovision 2026 during tonight’s gala. The show was held at the Unibet Arena in Tallinn and was hosted by Karl-Erik Taukar and Korea ( 5Miinust /Estonia 2024)
The 2025 Estonian Eurovision entry and act was determined via a 100% televoting deliberation during the Super-final after the three superfinalists were determined after a combined jury/public voting deliberation.
Estonia in Eurovision
The Baltic nation attempted to join the Eurovision family in 1993 when it competed in the preliminary semifinal in Slovenia, unfortunately Estonia didn’t qualify and had to wait for one more year to enter the competition.
Estonia debuted at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1994 with Silvi Vrait and went on to win the competition in 2001 with Tanel Padar and Dave Benton‘s Everybody. The following year the Baltic country successfully hosted the 2002 Eurovision Song Contest in Tallinn.
In 2025 Tommy Cash represented Estonia at the Eurovision Song Contest in Basel with their with his entry ‘Espresso Macchiato’.
