The 1985 Spanish Eurovision representative, Paloma San Basilio, will be gracing the First Semi-final of Benidorm Fest 2026.

Spanish superstar, Paloma San Basilio, who is amongst Spain’s most sought after artists will be gracing Benidorm Fest 2026 next week during its first semi-final. She represented Spain at the 1985 Eurovision Song Contest in Gothenburg with her epic entry ‘La Fiesta Termino‘.

The fifth edition of Benidorm Fest is scheduled to be held on 10, 12 and 14 February in Benidorm.

A total of 18 acts will partake at Benidorm Fest 2026, nine acts will compete in each of the two semi-finals. The top 6 acts from each semi-final will proceed to the Grand Final.

The winner of Benidorm Fest 2026 will not represent Spain at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 due to RTVE’s withdrawal from the competition due to Israel’s participation in the contest.
