The 1986 Belgian Eurovision winner, Sandra Kim, will be flying to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on Saturday to grace forthcoming Luxembourgish national final- Luxembourg Song Contest 2026.

Sandra Kim who won the Eurovision Song Contest exactly 40 years ago, will be flying to Luxembourg for the LSC 2026. She gave Belgium its first and only ESC victory til date back in 1986 when the contest was held in Bergen, Norway with her epic entry ‘J’aime la vie’.

Luxembourg Song Contest 2026

The Luxembourg Song Contest 2025 will be held at the  Rockhal in Esch-Belval on Saturday 24 January 2026. The show will be broadcast live on RTL Télé Lëtzebuerg and will be streamed live on rtl.lu, whilst French speakers will be able to follow the event on RTL infos and English speakers on RTL Today.

Raoul Roos, Loïc Juchem and Hana Sofia will have the grand honour of hosting the forthcoming edition of the Luxembourg Song Contest.

The 2026 Luxembourgish entry will be determined via combined international jury (consisting of 8 countries) and public vote deliberation.

A total of 8 acts will be battling for the golden ticket to Eurovision 2026 at the forthcoming Luxembourgish national final:

  • Luzac- Prison Doree
  • Andrew the Martian- I’m The Martian
  • Daryss- Melussina
  • Eva Marija- Mother Nature
  • Hugo One- Born Again
  • Irem- Bad Decisions (Hush Hush)
  • ShiroKuro- Eye to Eye
  • Steve Castile- Sweet Tooth
