ERT, the Greek national broadcaster, has unveiled further details on the forthcoming 2026 Greek national selection – Sing For Greece- Ethnikos Telikos 2026′.
ERT is set to reveal the 28 competing acts at the forthcoming Greek national selection- Sing For Greece -Ethnikos Telikos 2026- on Sunday 4 January 2026 via a special televised show. The show will be hosted by Betty Maggira, Kelly Vranaki and Thanos Papahamos.
The special presentation show: Sing for Greece: Ethnikos Telikos 2026- The Finalists will be broadcast on ERT 1 at 18:00 CET. During the show will reveal the 28 competing acts in the Greek national selection and will unveil snippets of the competing entries.
The 2025 Greek Eurovision representative Klavdia will be gracing the show in order to wish the competing acts good luck. A special allocation will be held at the end of the 3 hour show in order allocate the 28 acts into one of the two semi-finals.

The 70th Eurovision Song Contest is approaching and the countdown officially begins on ERT!
On Sunday, January 4, 2026 , ERT1 invites us to a glamorous, three-hour evening with the show “Sing for Greece” | National Final Eurovision 2026 | The Finalists , where the 28 candidates vying to represent Greece at Eurovision 2026, next May in Vienna, are revealed.
From 19:00 to 22:00, Betty Maggira, together with Kelly Vranaki and Thanos Papahamos, introduce us to the artists and the stories behind the entries, in a show full of music, interviews, backstage moments and many surprises.
The audience will have the opportunity to get a first taste of the songs that will be heard at the National Final in February.
A special moment of the evening will be the surprise appearance of Klavdia , who returns to the Eurovision stage in a special role, giving her own pulse and… good luck to this year’s contestants, as in the last part of the show, the draw for the order of appearance of the 28 entries in the two semi-finals of the National Final, which will be held in February, will take place live.
. A key moment that officially marks the start of the final stretch towards Eurovision 2026, with Klavdia bringing the best of luck to all contestants.
Sing For Greece- Ethnikos Telikos 2026
The 2026 Greek national selection Ethnikos Telikos will consist of three live televised shows: two semi-finals and a grand final.
A total of 28 songs will compete in each of the two semi-finals, fourteen songs will battle in each of the two semi-finals. Seven songs from each of the semi-finals will proceed to the Grand final after a 100% public voting deliberation.
Hence a total of 14 songs will battle for the golden ticket to Eurovision 2026 at the Grand Final. The 2026 Greek Eurovision entry and act will be determined via a combined public voting/ expert jury deliberation (Greek & International).
