ORF, the Austrian national broadcaster, has unveiled the Eurovision 2026 music theme concept.
The Eurovision music theme has been insipired by none other than one of Austria’s most beloved composers Mozart.
Dorothee Freiberger and Martin Gellner are behind the Eurovision 2026 music them. Martin Freiberger is the musical director of numerous ORF programs and was involved in the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest.
Dorothee Gellner works as a composer, arranger, conductor, and music producer for major international productions.Both Freiberger and Geller have joined forces and have created a new interpretation of selected themes from Mozart’s “The Magic Flute.” for the forthcoming Eurovision edition.The Eurovision 2026 music theme was recorded by the ORF Vienna Radio Symphony Orchestra.

Dorothee Freiberger and Martin Gellner reinterpret selected themes from Austrian composer Mozart’s The Magic Flute for the theme music of the 70th Eurovision Song Contest 2026.
Orchestral splendour will meet modern structure, creating a powerful connection between classical symbolism and the current musical language – interpreted by the ORF Radio Symphony Orchestra Vienna.
Vienna 2015’s memorable theme music, Building Bridges, was also composed by Dorothee Freiberger.
