DR, the Danish national broadcaster, has set the date for the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2026 competing acts reveal.
DR will unveil the DMGP 2026 competing acts on January 22nd 2026.
Sara Bro and actor Alex Høgh Andersen will have the grand honour of hosting the 2026 Danish national final- Dansk Melodi Grand Prix. DMGP 2026 is scheduled to be held on Saturday 14th February at Arena Nord in Frederikshavn, Denmark.The show will be broadcast live on DR 1 and DRTV at 20:00 CET
A total of 8 acts will be battling for the golden ticket to Eurovision 2026 at Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2026.
Denmark at Eurovision
Denmark joined the Eurovision Song Contest in 1957 and has won the competition thrice ( 1963, 2000, 2013). In 2025 Sissal represented Denmark at Eurovision 2025 with ‘Hallucination’.
