RTVE, the Spanish national broadcaster, has unveiled the Benidorm Fest 2026 hosts.

Benidorm Fest 2026 will have not one but four hosts: Jesus Vazquez, Javier Ambrossi, Ines Hernand and Lalachus. RTVE has set the date for a special press conference in order to officially present the hosts to the Spanish media: 8 January 2026.

Ines Hernand will be hosting the show for the fourth time having already hosted the competition in 2022, 2023 and 2025.

Snippets of the competing songs will released on December of 11th, whilst the competing songs are scheduled to be released on December 18th.

Benidorm Fest 2026

The fifth edition of Benidorm Fest will be held year in February organized and produced by RTVE. It will be the very first time that the winner of Benidorm Fest will not represent Spain at the Eurovision Song Contest due to Spain’s withdrawal from the Eurovision Song Contest in 2026.

Benidorm Fest 2026 will consist of three live televised shows ( two semi-finals and a grand final). A total of 18 acts will partake in the competition, nine acts in each of the two semi-finals. The top four acts from each semi-final will proceed to the Grand Final after a 50/50 public -jury deliberation

Hence a total of 8 acts will battle at the Grand Final of Benidorm Fest 2026

RTVE reserves the right to extend the number of competing acts at Benidorm Fest 2026 both in the semi-finals and grand final if it deems that the quality of the songs is high.

The  winner of Benidorm Fest 2026 will be determined via a 50/50 jury /public voting deliberation. The public voting will consist of 25% (app, televoting,sms) and 25% (demoscopic vote).

The winner of Benidorm Fest will be awarded €100,000 whilst the composers of the winning entry will receive €50,000.

Benidorm Fest 2026 will be held on 10, 12 and 14 February in Benidorm, Spain.
