RTSH, the Albanian national broadcaster, has set the date for the Festivali i Kenges 64 song submission window.
The Festivali i Kenges 64 song submission window will be open from 01-30 September 2025. The Albanian Song Festival Fest 64 is scheduled to be held in December.
Elhaida Dani ( Albania ) will be the artisitic director of FiK for the second for the second consecutive year.
Albania in Eurovision
Albania debuted at our beloved competition in 2004 and is yet to win the competition. The ‘Land of the Eagle‘ has partaken in the competition 20 times. The country’s best result at Eurovision till date is a 5th place which was achieved at the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest with Rona Nishliu‘s ‘Suus‘.
In 2025 Shkodra Elektronike represented Albania at the Eurovision Song Contest in Basel with their entry ‘Zjerm’, achieving an honorable 8th place in the Grand Final.
