ORF, the Austrian national broadcaster, has appointed three new ESC 2026 Core Team members, hence the CORE Team for Eurovision 2026 is now complete.
ORF the Austrian national broadcaster is working round the clock and from strength to strength in order to organize an extraordinary and dazzling Eurovision edition when the competition lands in Austria. Preparations for the forthcoming 2026 Eurovision Song Contest.
Last June Roland Weißmann ORF’s General Director appointed the ESC 2026 Core Team, under the baton of Michael Krön (ESC 2026 Executive Producer), the said CORE Team will be responsible for the implementation and management of the event in the coming months.
The ESC 2026 Core Team
ORF has appointed three new ESC 2026 CORE Team members today:
- Nina Kaiser –ESC2026 Head of Commercial
- Anja Lenhart -ESC 2026 Executive Assistant
- Claudio Bortoli – ESC 2026 Technical Supervisor
They will be joining the already appointed team:
- Michael Kron – ESC 2026 Executive Producer
- Stefan Zechner– ESC 2026 TV Show Producer
- Daniel Hack– ESC 2026 Head of Production
- Roman Horacek – ESC 2026 Head of Communications
- Christine Tichy– ESC 2026 Core Team Technical Manager
- Martin Szerenci- ESC 2026 Legal Advisor
- Iris Kreutter– ESC 2026 Marketing Manager
- Christina Lassnig – ESC 2026 Executive Assistant
- Oliver Lingens – ESC 2026 Event Manager
- Christina Heinzle-Conrad – ESC 2026 General Secretary

The Eurovision Song Contest, the world’s largest entertainment event, will take place in Austria in 2026. ORF Director General Roland Weißmann has set up a dedicated project group, led by Executive Producer Michael Krön, which will be responsible for the implementation and management of the event in the coming months. Following the initial key positions being filled in June, the ORF Core Team is now complete with Nina Kaiser as Head of Commercial, Anja Lenhart as Executive Assistant, and Claudio Bortoli as Technical Supervisor.
As Head of Commercial in the ORF Core Team, Nina Kaiser is responsible for national cooperation and acts as the interface to the international EBU Song Contest marketer. Kaiser has been a member of the ProSiebenSat.1 PULS 4 Management Board since 2003, co-founded the 4GAMECHANGERS Festival, and will be released from her duties by the private media company for the duration of her Eurovision Song Contest engagement.
As Technical Supervisor, Claudio Bortoli, together with Christine Tichy, is responsible for the technical management of the show production. He has worked as Technical Production Manager for ORF since 1999, and in this role was also a member of the core team at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest, as well as most recently at the Summer Olympics in Paris and the Alpine Ski World Championships in Saalbach.
Anja Lenhart was an assistant to the directing team at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest. In 2026, she will serve as Executive Assistant to General Manager Michael Krön, supporting stakeholder management and coordination between the various production areas. Her work also focuses on accessibility and sustainability.
The 2026 Eurovision Song Contest Grand Final is scheduled to be held either on 16 or 23 May. The official dates are yet to be confirmed.
