Belgium’s Eurovision hopeful Red Sebastian will travel to Basel on 3 May ahead of his birthday performance in the first semi-final on 13 May. Flemish broadcaster VRT is preparing a full schedule of coverage across television, radio, online platforms and even Roblox, offering fans a comprehensive look behind the scenes of Europe’s biggest music contest.
Red Sebastian will represent Belgium in the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 and departs for Basel on 3 May 2025. From then on, viewers and listeners can follow his journey in detail across the various VRT platforms including VRT 1, MNM, Radio2, VRT MAX, and VRT NWS.
Belgium’s Eurovision coverage will be more immersive than ever before, with backstage exclusives, live shows, documentaries, podcasts, fan interactions and even a presence on the Roblox gaming platform.
Both semi-finals (13 and 15 May) and the grand final on Saturday 17 May will be broadcast live on VRT 1 and VRT MAX, with expert commentary by Peter Van de Veire. The final will also be aired live on Radio2.
