Swiss-Portuguese actress, model and singer Leticia Carvalho will unveil the country’s jury votes at the Grand Final of Eurovision 2018.
Broadcaster SRF of Switzerland has revealed that Leticia Carvalho is to be the Swiss spokesperson for the ESC 2018.
The young Swiss-Portuguese model and artist participated in the popular show The Voice in France and Portugal, and already has a bit of Eurovision experience as she performed the winning ESC 2017 song Amar pelos dois by Salvador Sobral during the Swiss 2018 selection, together with a traditional Swiss yodel choir, the Appenzeller Sängerfreunde:
Leticia Carvalho, who resides in Lausanne, and her family are great fans of the contest, and the singer is very proud and excited to have been chosen as official Swiss spokesperson, as she shared on Facebook:

On the one hand it’s a huge honour, on the other hand my knees are already shaking!
The artist needn’t worry too much, as she will surely deliver the Swiss jury votes, and the ultimate “douze points”, with according charm.
