Journalist and TV-host Danira Boukhriss Terkessidis will give the jury votes during the Grand Final of Eurovision 2018, and yóu are invited to provide her background for the evening.

Danira Boukhriss Terkessidis is a Flemish television presenter of Belgian, Moroccan and Greek descent. She has worked as a journalist for major news shows, and has hosted the music show Steracteur Sterartiest (“Star Actor, Star Artist”) on channel Één alongside Peter Van de Veire, Belgium’s Eurovision commentator. Now she will share her charm with the rest of Europe as Belgium’s official ESC 2018 spokesperson, Saturday evening 12 May 2018.
Will you deliver the background?
Channel Één of broadcaster VRT has created a special competition: people are invited to send in potential backgrounds, which may be shown when Danira delivers the Belgian points! The public may send in their best photographs or video’s, which have to abide to certain rules:
It has to be a steady image or screen shot, it has to be an image of Brussels, and has to be recorded or taken after sunset.
The images have to be HD 16×9 format, and delivered in a current format (preferably 1080i50 AVC-Intra100 codec). People or brands may not be visible.
Channel Één will choose the three finalists, the public will decide the ultimate winner via Één’s official Facebook-page.
The deadline to send in your pictures or footage is 8 May 2018 12.00 CET.

SENNEK will perform A matter of time from position 4 in the first half of Semi-Final 1 on Tuesday 8 May 2018.
