Yianna Terzi is ready to live her dream! With the preparations of the Greek delegation for their Eurovision appearance being in full swing, the country’s 2018 entrant decided to go into further details about the show we are going to enjoy in May!

4 female vocalists on stage; Dimitris Vlahos to be there too?

During the rehearsals for the Madwalk show which took place last Monday in Athens, Yianna Terzi spoke to the camera of a morning Greek TV show. The most important fact that she confirmed about her upcoming performance is that she will be accompanied by 4 female vocalists, due to her song’s demanding vocals, especially in the chorus.

When it comes to a potential sixth presence on stage (as is the maximum allowable limit according to the EBU regulations), she didn’t rule out the appearance of Dimitris Vlahos, the model and actor who is her co-star on the video clip which premiered on 8 March. Yianna remarkably added that he wasn’t randomly selected for embodying this role.

Regarding her own looks, the Eurovision hopeful stated that her hair will have their natural curly style and her dress (about which she didn’t reveal more information) will play an important role in stage design and her overall stage performance.

Here are Yianna’s words (in Greek):

Greece at Eurovision 2018

Following a long lasting internal selection procedure, the Greek national broadcaster ERT officially announced in mid-February that the artist Yianna Terzi is going to defend the nation’s colours at the 63rd Eurovision Song Contest, with the ethnic song Oniro mou (My dream). The song’s authors are Yianna Terzi herself, as well as Aris Kalimeris, Dimitris Stamatiou and Mihalis Papathanasiou.

Greece has been drawn to compete in the 2nd half of the 1st semi-final evening on 8 May. The 2018 Eurovision Song Contest will be taking place on 8, 10 and 12 May at the Altice Arena in Lisbon, Portugal.
